Recruitment Consultant – Dublin City

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Grocery Team in our Dublin City office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer stage
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency-based assessments
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and recruitment priorities
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback and offer negotiations
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database/CRM.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders

About You:

• Previous experience in a Recruitment, HR, or Grocery Retail (agency experience desirable but not essential).
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience using recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous
• Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
