Your Role

• Take full ownership of the store’s commercial and operational performance, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop a large management and store team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence
• Deliver exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end operations
• Analyse KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve performance and maximise profitability
• Manage labour costs, stock control, waste, merchandising, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer, every day
• Maintain the highest standards of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety compliance

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or General Manager within a high-volume supermarket
• A commercially focused leader with a strong record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence
• Experienced in leading large teams and developing future retail leaders
• Passionate about fresh food, customer service, and maintaining exceptional retail standards
• A hands-on, visible leader who leads from the front and inspires those around them
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
