Store Manager
Are you an experienced retail supervisor ready to step into your first Store Manager role? This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career within a creative and customer-focused retail environment in Castlebar Co. Mayo.
Due to the size and structure of the team, this role is ideally suited to an ambitious retail supervisor or team leader looking to progress into management and take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Lead, motivate, and support a small retail team
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation
  • Handle cash management, reporting, and general administration
  • Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times
Skills and Requirements for the Store Manager
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role
  • A passion for customer service and retail excellence
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
  • Commercial awareness with a drive to achieve results
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to a small store setting
  • An interest in Art and Design is a bonus
Salary & Package
  • Hourly rate: €15.38 per hour
